Merchant House has opened was it has described as “surely London’s smallest bar”, The Brig, on the same site as its Bow Lane venue.
The Brig has been created in the same alleyway as the original Merchant House, and can be accessed through an unmarked door in Well Court.
The tiny bar can accommodate 2-4 guests and is bookable by the hour. Guests will be provided with their own bartender, can play their own choice of music.
Last summer MCA reported that the Merchant House Group, the premium cocktail bar operator, led by Lewis Hayes and Nate Brown, was looking to open five sites in London, with each specialising in a particular spirit type.
