The freehold investment of the Bird in Hand in Brook Green, London, is being marketed through AG&G.

The three-storey building houses the main bar/dining area on the ground floor with a private dining room and the commercial kitchen on the first floor and accommodation on the second.

The passing rent is £74,578 per annum and the lease expires on February 2042.

Glass Investments Ltd, the company led by Gorst took the site on in 2012.

The company also operates The Oak in Notting Hill, The Old White Bear in Hampstead and The Oak W12 on Goldhawk Road.
