Intertain has completed its latest refurbishment with a £400,000 investment at Walkabout in Lincoln.
It has seen a complete redesign of the venue and the introduction of the new food and drink menu that has been rolled out across the estate.
The project has included the addition of its “Reef Bar” concept, while the front of the venue has been opened up and booths and private VIP areas have been added. The top floor has been stripped back to give a “warehouse feel”.
The refurbishment is the fifth carried out by Intertain this year. John Leslie, chief executive, said: “We’re finishing 2013 with another really strong refurbishment, and we have high hopes that it will show the strong return on investment shown by the other sites we’ve invested in.
“We have more refurbishments planned for 2014 and in due course, we will also be looking to acquire new sites.”
