Ed Harper has left his role as operations manager at McManus Pub Company to join Unique Hospitality, MCA understands.
Harper will take on the role of project manager with the Andrew Coath-led group, which currently operates six sites across its Epic and Heroic Pubs vehicles.
Harper spent two years as operations director for Yummy Pub Company before joining McManus in January of this year.
