Great British Pub Award winners 2014 Joel and Susie Czopor are selling the lease of their second site just over a year after opening.
The couple took on the Gipsy Queen in London’s Kentish Town a year after being named the best pub in the country for the Grafton, also in Kentish Town. Both leases were with Enterprise.
The free-of-tie lease is now being marketed jointly by Fleurets and Savills, off a guide price of £150,000.
Elysia Wilson-Gunn, Associate at Fleurets commented: “This property is charming both internally and externally, however it also possesses a two double bedroomed manager’s flat as well as a substantial beer garden. Fleurets have coordinated an open viewing session for Thursday 6th October between 9-10am and we are anticipating high levels of interest.”
A spokesman for Enterprise said the site had not been considered as a Managed expert venue because there was already a clear pipeline of conversions for the venue.
