Tom Hewer Enterprises, the Northamptonshire-based operator of the Franks Hamburger House chain, has added to its pub estate.
The group, which also operates the Franks Steakhouse brand, has secured the former Bar Hygge site in Northampton’s Guildhall Road to open the John Franklin pub.
It will also operate a deli and coffee shop in the site.
The group opened it sixth Frank’s Hamburger House in Long Buckby last month. It also operates the Artizan pub in Northampton.
