Faucet Inn, the London and south-east multiple headed by Steve Cox, has appointed former Zizzi director Ross Dick-Cleland as its new operations director.
Dick-Cleland joins the 24-strong Faucet after over three years as regional operations director at Zizzi. Previous to that he spent two years as regional operations director at Tattershall Castle Group.
Faucet is planning further acquisitions and to open its first new build sites before the end of the year.
The group, which is chaired by Peter Carr, former managing director of Debenhams, is believed to have made an unsuccessful bid to acquire the majority of the TCG estate that was placed on the market earlier this year.
