Bowland Village Inns, the Lancashire-based group, has secured its third pub restaurant in the region and said it continued to seek further sites to grow its business.

The group, which is led by Steven Greenhalf, has entered into tenancy agreement with Daniel Thwaites to secure the New Holly Inn near Lancaster. It is investing just over £75k in refurbishing the site and adding accommodation to the business.

The company also currently operates the Punchbowl in Churchtown and the Plough in Galgate, but hopes to add further sites in the region over the next year.
