Cocktail bar group Be At One is launching ‘Try a Twist’ promotion as part of its annual Try January campaign.

The promotion, which runs 5-31 January, encourages customers to design their own cocktail based on adding a twist to four cocktails from the group’s range.

The promotion is part of Be At One’s award-winning app and allows guests to add ‘twists’ ranging from syrups to liqueurs in to create their cocktails which will all be priced at £5.

Customers will be encouraged to upload a photo of their cocktails on social media using #TryJanuary and #TryATwist.

Be At One has partnered with independent spirits manufacturer William Grant & Sons, who will be supplying the spirits for all ‘Try a Twist’ cocktails throughout the campaign period.

The Try January campaign will also promote the group’s ‘virtuous cocktails’ range, featuring lower calorie and ABV cocktails using natural ingredients.

Sarah Swaysland, head of marketing at Be At One, said: “With January traditionally being a quiet period in the on-trade, we want to encourage consumers to start experimenting with flavour profiles and get excited about contemporary drink ideas rather than completely abstaining from alcohol.

“In fact, our Virtuous Cocktails have proved to be increasingly popular since their launch, with our bars selling just short of 85,000 of these drinks in 2016 alone.”
