Adventure Bar has confirmed it has secured the Pillars of Hercules in Greek Street, Soho – one of the Be At One pubs that Stonegate acquired last summer – for its ninth opening, MCA has learnt.
Last week MCA reported the cocktail bar group set to complete on the property, which Adventure Bar plans to trade as is in the short-term, with a view to relaunching after Christmas “with modifications”.
Co-founder Tom Kidd told MCA that the Soho opening would kickstart a growth plan of at least three new bars a year.
The group recently appointed Be At One financial controller Phil Somjen as its finance director, and Graham McDonnell, previously head of talent at Turtle bay, as HR director and is also due to bring in an operations director.
