Chris Sullivan, the chief executive of Fuel Juice Bars, has left the Kings Park Capital-backed business, MCA understands.

The former Harry Ramsden’s managing director and Balls Brothers chief executive joined Fuel Juice Bars as a non-executive director in January 2013, before becoming chief executive in June 2014.

Sullivan remains founding managing director of CSI, a consultancy that gives advice on operations, acquisitions, capital investment and brand rollouts in the hospitality sector, with clients including Novus and Livingbridge.

Jamie Weston, the founder and former chief executive of Fuel Juice, is the sole remaining Companies House-listed director of the 25-strong business, which operators out of shopping centres.
