Loungers has appointed Antony Doyle as operations director for its roadside concept Brightside.
Doyle will lead the rollout of the new concept, which is to open its first site on the A38 next month.
The café bar operator has secured three further sites, with two slated to open in the Southwest in the coming months. The fourth site will be the first purpose-built Brightside, at the northbound section of the A1 in Rutland.
Doyle has been operations director for Loungers since 2016, prior to which he was regional operations manager between 2013-2016. He was previously operations manager for the Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group.
