200 Degrees Coffee has appointed Charlotte Coore as its first head of people.

The coffee shop chain, which has 17 sites across the Midlands, North, and Wales, has added the new position to support the business and its people as it continues its expansion plans. It recently announced it has reached 200 team members during its 10th anniversary, and plans to open five sites a year.

As head of people, Coore will lead the HR department and support the business’ values and culture across operations as well as the employee journey and experience.

The announcement comes after three recent appointments to 200 Degrees’ central operations team, including head of operations, financial controller, and digital marketing manager.
