A new Indian fast-food venture called Vamaji, which aims to liven up the image of takeaway British curry, launches in Chelsea, West London next month.

The venture features an on-line ordering service, tiffin-style packaging, with each dish individually vacuum-sealed inside special trays, and a specially designed identity applied across delivery scooters and helmets, uniforms, menus, packaging and stationery, as well as the interior of the takeaway outlet.

The design was created by a company called Anderson Norton, which was paid only £10,000, but twith a royalty deal on future Vamaji openings.
