SABMiller has announced that its Polish subsidiary Kompania Piwowarska has completed the acquisition of Browar Belgia from Palm Breweries.
The value of the gross assets acquired is approximately Eu65m (£48.5m).
Browar, which produces brands such as Wojak and Frater, operates one brewery in Kielce, South East Poland, and has annual production capacity in excess of one million hectolitres.
