Northern Soul Grilled Cheese, the Manchester based toasted sandwich concept, is opening a second site in the city.
The toastie bar, which launched its first site in Church Street in 2015, is opening on Piccadilly station approach.
The new unit will have faster, commuter friendly service, including breakfast and brunch options.
Owner Dan Place said: “It’s going to be a bit more fast and furious, because of where it’s positioned. Still the same products, and still the same quality.”
“We’re so keen to bring independent food to the station. There are some really nice operators along here, and it’s really nice to be a part of that.”
Northern Soul on Piccadilly station approach is set to open at the end of April.
