Julian Metcalfe is planning an expansion of his Pret a Manger chain and Itsu Japanese restaurant business. He plans to build 10 new Pret a Manger sandwich outlets in Britain and one in Manhattan and he plans a new Itsu in Wardour Street, in London's West End.
