BrewDog Bars CEO James Brown has joined the line-up of Hostech, where he will discuss how new flexible ways of working are appealing to a mobile-native generation.
Brown, who is also the founder of cashless tipping platform TiPJAR, will give his view on how best to attract and motivate younger team members through tech.
He will be joined by Chris Sanderson, CEO of shift working marketplace Limber, who will explain how more liquid ways of working open up the potential for staff to fulfil multiple jobs across the country – helping operators plug labour gaps.
Hostech, which explores tech and digital innovations in hospitality, takes place at the Ham Yard Hotel on 8 February.
Also joining the line-up is JP Then, the co-founder of Crosstown Doughnuts and online ordering system Slerp. JP joins Watchhouse Coffee and 200 Degrees to consider how to keep customers coming back through digital loyalty schemes.
