There is still time to put forward your pick for the Rising Star in your business.
Nominations for the main Retailers’ Retailer Awards categories have now closed, but MCA is still accepting nominations for special categories.
These include the Rising Star award, with business leaders urged to consider who is the stand-out performer tipped for future success in their company.
A new category for 2023, the award sponsored by Red Bull, will go to an outstanding individual in a multi-site management team (e.g., an HR, FD, operations/site manager) who is rising through the ranks.
To nominate a Rising Star, please send a citation to MCA editor finn.scott-delany@mca-insight.com outlining what makes this individual a future leader.
Nominations for the Sustainability Award are also still open, and companies can also enter by sending a short citation to the editor as outlined above.
MCA will then interview the nominator and publish a series of articles on the shortlisted nominees.
Winners for both awards will be chosen by a special panel, and will be announced at The Roundhouse in Camden on 14 March 2023.
