Taking place at the Grosvenor Marriott Hotel in London on 22 September, the conference features big name speakers from McDonald’s, Heart with Smart, The Wolseley Hospitality Group, JKS, Mowgli and Caravan.
Before the main conference, VIP guests attended a roundtable to discuss some of the biggest issues facing the sector, namely high energy costs, with Jill Livesey, MD, Lumina Intelligence and MCA giving an overview of Lumina’s latest data on the restaurant market - particuarly with regards to consumer values.
