Bone Daddies is to roll out its new chicken wing-focused virtual brand to 12 sites across London following a successful trial in Kentish Town.

From next Monday (29 March) it will be available from all Bone Daddies locations for either delivery and click and collect or delivery-only. The group also hinted it may look for some permanent standalone sites for the concept in the future.

Steve Hill, operations director for the Bone Daddies Group, said: “We have big ambitions for Wing Daddies and we’re very excited to have this pop-up brand expanding operations across our full suite of current Bone Daddies sites for delivery.

“Our Korean Wings have been a cult classic in Bone Daddies for years, so creating a menu in ode to them and introducing a complementary brand has added value across the board. Watch this space – a more permanent space, be it truck or shop, is around the corner.”

The Wing Daddies trial began on 1 March, with the concept also offering a selection of loaded tater tots, fried chicken, coleslaw and bao buns, alongside its chicken wings.
