Whether consumer-facing or back office, MCA’s annual Hostech conference examines case studies from leading operators and best-in-class solutions from sector suppliers. The event provides insight and networking opportunities for IT and digital marketing professionals, senior managers and anyone tasked with driving operational efficiencies and greater customer excellence.

    NEW SPEAKERS CONFIRMED:

Marketing director Sam Bourke will talk through how the group profiles and segments consumers to tailor its offering and drive repeat visits across its estate.

In-restaurant payment and ordering apps have so far yet to reach a tipping point, with lagging consumer take-up just one of the obstacles. Could this be about to change with an industry-wide, open-access solution? In a Hostech exclusive, Strahan Wilson, chief financial officer of Cote Restaurants, shares more.

Other speakers confirmed so far include Pizza Hut’s UK general manager Neil Manhas, and Tim Love, senior digital marketing manager at Burger King.
