Amazon Property has sold the restaurant unit housing YO! Sushi in London’s Poland Street for £6m.
The company acquired entire 20,500sq ft property block back last August for £26m.
It has now sold the 5,460sq ft ground floor and basement level restaurant to a private Asian investor for a c3% yield.
The restaurant is currently let to YO! Sushi until 2026 at an annual rent of £195k.
In August, British Land announced that it has exchanged on the sale of 52 Poland Street in London’s Soho, which houses sites from YO! and Lucky Voice, to Amazon Property for £26m reflecting a capital value of nearly £1,300 per sq ft.
