Spaghetti House is planning to roll out new concept, which will be a modern trattoria-style concept.

The Italian restaurant group has announced an upcoming site at 242 Earls Court Road.

The former Thunderbird Fried Chicken site will be changing hands as Spaghetti House begin rolling out their latest new concept.

The spin-off will focus primarily on pasta and pizza dishes, according to CDG Leisure.

The leisure property agents acted on behalf of Thunderbird Fried Chicken throughout the transaction, as the brand consolidates whilst eyeing further expansion in 2024.

This will be the first of a planned rollout of similar sites, which will bolster Spaghetti House’s 10 site strong brand

It will operate out of London’s most “prime locations,” including Goodge Street, Leicester Square and Kensington High Street.

In the company’s latest financial results, Spaghetti House reported turnover rising to £9.8m, for the year to 26 March 2023.

The London-based chain saw operating profit of £351,141, compared to an operating loss of £364,833 the previous year.

Profit before tax was £334,681, compared to a loss of £368,329 the prior year, with gross profit margin slipping to 77% from 25% but remaining within the targeted margin.
