Healthy fast food concept Leon is opening a site in South Kensington by mid-August.
The site on Thurloe Street next to Muriel’s Kitchen will be the 24th location for the John Vincent and Henry Dimbleby founded concept which is expected to reach 32 by the end of this year.
Vincent told M&C the group has had a “storming start to the year” as it has expanded in London and regionally, including in the new food court at Standsted Airport.
Leon is also understood to be opening at Euston Station and Derwent London’s mixed-use scheme on Tottenham Court Road.
