Leon, the healthy fast-food chain led by John Vincent, is to open its site in a Center Parcs resort, as part of its ongoing partnership with SSP, MCA understands.

The brand will open a unit within the Woburn Forest unit, in Bedfordshire, next month.

The brand signed a five-year partnership with SSP in 2016, mainly focussed on railway stations. Since then it has opened sites at stations including Victoria, Euston, Liverpool Street and Paddington.

Earlier this year Leon also unveiled its international ambitions, with plans for 20 store openings in Europe and the Middle East through its partnership with HMSHost International.
