Adam Kaye, the chief executive of Ask Central, sold 1.2million share in the company on Friday November 8, making around £1.7m. He now holds 6.45 million shares or 6.8% of the company.

Samuel Kaye, his brother and fellow director, sold the same amount, which also left him with a 6.8% stake.

Phillip Kaye, their father, a substantial shareholder, sold 400,000 shares, leaving him with 8.54 million shares or 9.0%.

The Emily Trust, in which Adam Kaye, Samuel Kaye and Phillip Kaye are all non-beneficial trustees, also sold 700,000 shares. After the move it now holds 0.9% of the company.
