Cote, the BC Partners-backed group, is understood to have completed on the acquisition of a site in Peterborough.
The Alex Scrimgeour-led group, which plans to open up to 15 sites in 2016, has secured the former Santander bank premises on Church Street in the town, as flagged up by MCA in January.
The company opened its 74th site in Cirencester last week.
Further openings have been secured in Weybridge, Worcester, Woking, Harrogate and Lincoln.
