Bill’s, the rapidly-growing restaurant chain backed by Richard Caring, has secured its 11th site in London, after taking the Bluu Bar in Hoxton Square.

The 19-strong group has secured a new lease from Marston’s on the site, which is due to re-open at the end of June.

Bill’s will take the 4,000sq ft over ground and basement at a rent of £125k per annum.

The sale of the site leaves Marston’s with one Bluu bar in Manchester.

It will become the fifth site the group will open in the capital over the next few months, after already securing sites in Holborn, Putney, Westfield London and Kensington.

It is thought that the group is close to securing two further sites in the South of England.

Bill’s, which hopes to open 15 sites in total this year, has already opened in St Albans and Bristol this month.

The chain is thought to be producing average weekly sales of c£30,000 and is on course to deliver full-year sales of between £20m-£25m.
