Bill’s and Byron have both been confirmed as tenants for the 10 Hammersmith Grove development in west London, which is owned by Development Securities Plc and Scottish Widows Investment Partnership Property Trust.

Bill’s has taken a 20-year lease on a 3,364sq ft unit comprising 1,957sq ft on the ground floor and 1,407sq ft on a mezzanine level. The rent is undisclosed.

Byron has taken a 25-year lease on a 3,110sq ft unit, comprising 1,684sq ft on the ground floor and 1,426sq ft on a mezzanine level. The rent is undisclosed.

Camilla Topham, of Shelley Sandzer, which acted for the landlords, said: “This is a really exciting new development and we’re pleased to have secured such strong brands so early on. Both have a really strong following and have been major success stories of recent years. We are very confident they will trade well in this latest location.”

10 Hammersmith Grove is an nine floor grade A office building, which overlooks a new landscaped public area and is opposite Lyric Square. It is the first phase of a 275,000 office scheme.

Bill’s currently operates 30 venues across London and the South East, with one due to soon in Windsor.

Byron now operates 35 sites throughout London, plus units in Liverpool, Manchester, Bluewater in Kent, Cambridge and Oxford, plus one opening soon at the O2.
