Noble Inns is to bring its Bad Egg concept back to its Moorgate site six months after rebranding it as Little Smoke, MCA has learnt.

In October, the group converted the CityPoint site to a new incarnation of its Smokehouse concept. The Bad Egg concept had continued to operate as a weekend pop-up but from 12 April will be the main offer at the site.

Diner concept Bad Egg was conceived by Noble Inns in collaboration with former executive chef Neil Rankin.

The menu focusses on all-day brunches, chicken wings and a selection of sandwiches.

At one point former managing director Simon Holroyd told MCA he could see the potential for 10 sites under the format.
