All Star Lanes, the ten-pin bowling operator, is set to open its fourth outlet in London, after securing a site in the new Westfield Stratford City development. The company, whose founders include Mark von Westenholz and restaurateurs Adam and Charles Breeden, has signed a long-term leaseon a site at the development and will operate a 14-lane outlet, it’s biggest so far, at the shopping centre. The group currently operates sites in Brick Lane, Holborn and Bayswater, with each venue featuring a bar and an American-style restaurant. The majority of the food & beverage operators set to open at the new £1.45bn development were confirmed last week, with openings lined up for Franco Manca, Jamie’s Italian, YO! Sushi, Tortilla and Wagamama, amongst others. The shopping centre, which will open in 13 September, will also feature sites from Jamie’s Italian, Geronimo Inns, Wahaca, Balans, and the third Bumpkin restaurant and bar from the Ignite Group. Davis Coffer Lyons exclusively advises Westfield on its food & beverage leasing for the scheme.
