Yummy Pub Company, the multiple pub operator, has launched a dedicated job website to attract new talent to work within the currently eight-strong company.
The site includes an introduction to working at Yummy and run down of the learning and development on offer including seven levels of training with CPL Learning.
In an end of year blog post Yummy co-founder Tim Foster said he believes the company has the potential to double in size in the next 18 months, adding, “…which will mean probably doubling the people that work for us, but I’m convinced I can still know all of them personally, still keep true talent in Yummy no matter who comes shopping.”
Yummy co-founder Anthony Pender works with the Perception Group and as chairman of the British Institute of Innkeeping (BII) to advocate careers within the hospitality sector to attract young people to forge a career within the industry.
