Wellington Pub Company, the free-of-tie leased pub operator, has placed 33 pubs on the market to be let.

The pubs, situated across England and Wales, are a mixture of rural, suburban and town centre locations and range from traditional village community inns to destination food venues as well as pubs with accommodation.

Wellington is seeking lessees to run the pubs under free-of-tie agreements on a standard lease for a term of 20 years.

The pubs include The George, Wilby; The Woolpack, Rothwell; the Artizan, Northampton; Old Black Lion, Northampton; the Roundabout, Northampton; the Crispin, Wokingham; the Star and Garter, Colnbrook; the Fountain Inn, Rowlands Castle; the Oak Inn, Haywards Heath;  The Anchor, Lewes; the Crown Inn,  Andover; The Prince Of Wales, Heathfield; Carpenters Arms, Trowbridge; the Princess of Wales, Bedminster; the Seven Tuns Inn, Chedworth; The Royal Archer, Kingswood; The Crown, Morriston; Hop Pole Inn, Limpley Stoke; The Stag, Salisbury; the Rising Sun, North Bradley; Bayfields, Lowestoft; Cherry Tree, Colchester; George & Dragon, Newton by Castle Acre; White Hart, West Mersea; the Willoughby Arms, Leadenham; Old Bells, Campsall; Farmers Arms & Hotel, Fridaythorpe; the Brickmakers Arms, Walkeringham; Sailors, Addingham; the Whitehall, Hipperholme; the Foresters Arms, Warwick; Black Swan, Atherstone and the Lord Nelson, Stafford.

The pubs will be let through Fleurets.
