London based bar and restaurant operator Urban Leisure Group (ULG) will open a 1970s inspired bar and restaurant in Exmouth Market in July called Coin Laundry as the first of two new site acquisitions.
The site is undergoing significant renovation ahead of opening.
As previously flagged up in M&C Report, the group is also preparing to open a site in Paddington.
ULG currently operates seven London venues in the ULG portfolio including two Alice Houses - which Yechiel previously said the group has interest in expanding with a third site.
