Revolution Bars Group has announced the launch of a new menu at Revolution sites across the country.

The menu, created by Revolution’s executive chef Mark Rush, was developed whilst consulting customer feedback and sales research and is focused on ‘fresh and interesting, quality chef-cooked dishes’.

Aimed at capitalising on post-work and party groups of customers, the menu now includes new sharing crates and a focus on street-food style options.

Rush said: “After four years of double digit like-for-like growth for our food offering it was vital that the new menu contained dishes that would excited and interest the customer, while improving the quality even further to help us continue to build on this aspect of our business.

“Whenever we develop a new menu we focus on one section in particular, as we believe this makes it easier for our teams to train and know the menu front to back. It also means that we focus on the real detail in every dish so the result is so much better for the customer.”

Some of the dishes on offer include a pulled salt beef burrito, a deli sharing crate with chicken sliders, goats’ cheese bon bons, houmous, flatbread and chorizo and a street food crate with beef sliders, fat chips, buttermilk chicken, dough dogs and BBQ crackling.

The menu also includes a range of stone baked pizzas, burritos, flatbreads, hot dogs and salads.

Revolution came top of the City Bar Dining category at this year’s Menu Innovation and Development awards.
