An attempt to get Punch Taverns wound up by a disgruntled supplier has been thrown out of court, it has been revealed.
The UK’s largest operator was taken to court following a dispute with a supplier.
A spokesman said yesterday: “The dispute was with a supplier which has since been resolved and settled amicably.”
