A man dubbed "Britain's biggest pimp" is associated with the rebirth of the Stork Rooms in London's West End, according to The Observer.
Chef Marco Pierre White and partner Piers Adam want to use the Stork as a springboard to rejuvenate a series of bars, clubs and restaurants in the capital.
But a key figure is a "small, elderly man called Oscar Owide", who is White's landlord at the Swallow Street venture.
Two years ago, says the paper, he was revealed to be running a multi-million pound prostitution racket on the site and at a nearby club.
