The team behind two London pubs have acquired a third and brought them under the banner of Distinct Pubs.
The company, which currently runs the Adam and Eve in Mill Hill and the Prince Albert in Camden, has taken on the lease of the Punch site, the Three Compasses on Hornsey High Street.
Group manager, Gareth Leakey, said the parent company had formed a new group and provided “a substantial cash injection for this site”.
