Kevin Love, the former head chef at Heston Blumenthal’s The Hinds Head, is working with Noble Inns across its five-strong gastropub estate, MCA understands.
Love has been consulting since he left the Hinds Head at the end of 2015, including a period advising Lidl.
He is now overseeing the kitchens across the Noble estate.
The group, which previously partnered with Temper founder, Neil Rankin, recently re-launched its Bad Egg all-day brunch concept at its Moorgate site.
The group has been headed up by co-founder Scott Hunter for the past year, following the departure of former managing director Simon Holroyd.
