The Harrington Club in South Kensington, which was founded by Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood and the singer Rod Stewart three years ago as one of London's most exclusive venues, has gone into insolvency after it failed to pay hundreds of thousands of pounds owed in rent, suppliers' bills and staff wages.
A new company, called The Harrington, has now started trading at the premises, with new staff.
