A former Be At One manager, Dennis Petrovs, is opening a cocktail bar at London’s Crystal Palace called TOD Cocktail Embassy.
Petrovs has secured a 20-year lease of the former Patrick’s on the High Street.
Charlotte Wild, a chartered surveyor at Davis Coffer Lyons, who acted on the deal, said: “This will be one of the first cocktail bars in the area and marks a step change in the quality and price point of the areas bar scene. The demographic of the area has changed significantly over recent years and this is now being recognised by operators who are looking to capitalise on the opportunity it presents and relatively low property prices.”
