The Deltic Group is to expand its Bar & Beyond concept to Kingston – the first opening for the brand this year.
The opening - taking the Bar & Beyond estate to six - will be part of a £2m investment in Deltic’s Pryzm nightclub in Kingston.
The group recently secured a new late licence for the site with the help of Poppleston Allen.
Jonathan Smith, Partner at Poppleston Allen, said: “This is a great example of how when you work with the licensing authorities and enable them to experience the offer, which is being put forward, it can help secure the grant of a licence that is not only of benefit to the operator but also to the local area itself.
“The new licence was granted on conditions which had predominantly been agreed with the authorities prior to the hearing, so that in the end any points of contention were kept to a minimum at the hearing.”
