Bierkeller, the concept inspired by German beer festivals, is to open a new site in the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff.
The company is spending £1.8m on refurbishing a three-room complex in the stadium plaza which will hold 1,000 people.
Permission was secured for the site despite representations from police, council and the Welsh Rugby Union. Licensing law specialists Woods Whur represented Bierkeller.
The new site takes Burning Night Group to four Bierkeller sites across the country. The others are in Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester.
