Bellhaven Brewery is funding the purchase of four pubs and three related homes in the West of Scotland by placing 1.27m new shares at 176.5p each. The placing values the deal at £2.25m which will only go ahead if Bellhaven receives consent from the local licensing board for the transfer of the pubs' licences. This is expected by the end of the month.
