RedCat Pub Company, the investment vehicle founded and chaired by Rooney Anand, has appointed David Peevers to the new role of director of food & beverage.
Peevers has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in premium pubs such as Urban Pubs & Bars, Metropolitan Pub Company and TRG, as well as previously running his own gastro pubs.
In this role, he will join the senior leadership team and will report directly to CEO Richard Lewis.
Meanwhile James Killick has joined as area manager within the operations team, after nearly nine years at Brunning and Price, where he was part of the senior operations team and helping it to grow to 79 pubs.
