Prezzo has appointed Andrew Davill as chief operating officer.
Davill has spent the last 30 years at David Lloyd Leisure, most recently as head of operational workflow, communications & supply chain.
He joins a management team including chief executive Dean Challenger, chief financial officer Matt Prior, operations director Gwion Iwan, chief culinary officer Olly Smith and people director Mary Waldron.
Dame Karen Jones stood down as executive chair of Italian casual dining chain after four years in the role last summer, but will continue to work with the group as a special advisor.
Jonathan Goldstein, CEO of private investment firm Cain International, which acquired Prezzo in December 2020, is non-executive chairman of the 148-strong group.
