Alex Ghalleb has left his role as director of operations at Grind to join the three-strong Charlotte’s Group.
Ghalleb spent almost three years at the coffee shop, bar and restaurant group, starting as a general manager and working his way up to director of operations.
The Alex Wrethman-led Charlotte’s Group currently operates Charlotte’s Place, Charlotte’s Bistro and Charlotte’s W5 in London.
