Keith Edelman, the chairman of Revolution Bars Groups and former Arsenal managing director has been named as a non-executive director of Appetise.
The UK-based online takeaway delivery service is about to float on the Australian Securities Exchange with a market value of A$15.8 million.
The appointment follows Deltic’s withdrawal from the bid to merge with Revolution, paving the way for Stonegate to acquire the group.
