Deliveroo has appointed Adam Miller as its new chief financial officer.

The former Expedia executive has been with Deliveroo as a corporate strategist since February 2019, and more recently took the role of interim CFO shortly after Raif Jacobs stepped down last October.

The appointment is part of a broader shake-up in the delivery giant’s senior team, with other changes including the promotion of Thea rogers from senior treasury advisor to chief customer officer, and the resignation of current chief marketing officer Ines Ures.

Its general counsel, Chantelle Zemba, is also being promoted to its executive committee.

According to Sky News, the appointment of a number of new executives suggests a stock market listing is in the foreseeable future for the business, as one source revealed it was now positioned strongly for a period of sustained and profitable growth.
